0165(2)(d) There was a bag of plastic grocery bags in an accessible drawer in kitchen. Provider put them under child lock during visit. 0165(3)(d) The washer and dryer have child latches but they were not engaged. Provider latched them during the visit. 0165(3)(g) The yard had a variety of broken toys/toy pieces like hula hoops that had fallen apart. 0165(4)(e) The bathroom sink water reached 118 degrees; the drain was not working well and Licensor turned off the tap at this point to prevent sink from overflowering. After fixing the drain, provider needs to ensure that the water temperature is not higher than 120 degrees F.
